Tilaus helppoa, toimitus lähti nopeasti mutta ilmeisesti postissa viipyi kohtuuton aika. Yhteydenottopyyntnöstä asiakaspalveluun ei ollut hyötyä: vuorokaudessa luvattua yhteydenottoa ei ole kuulunut vieläkään... tilaus tosin lopulta saapui.
