Tack så mycket för din feedback! Tråkigt att höra att klänningen inte motsvarade dina förväntningar. Kroppsformen påverkar var midjepartiet placeras, hos en person med större byst hamnar midjepartiet alltid något högre upp än hos en mer slank kroppsbyggnad. Även ryggens och extremiteternas längd samt deras inbördes förhållande påverkar hur klänningen sitter på var och en. :)<br /> <br /> Klänningen är mörkblå och i alla fall på våra skärmar ser klänningen mörkblå ut även på produktbilderna, men beroende på skärminställningar kan färgerna tyvärr ibland förvridas något. Om färgen dock inte motsvarar förväntningarna eller plagget inte sitter bra kan man byta det helt kostnadsfritt till vilken annan produkt som helst i vårt sortiment. Våra plagg har också normal 14 dagars returrätt. Byte- och returrätten gäller tyvärr endast produkter som är säljbara i befintligt skick, det vill säga en 'ändrad' produkt har tyvärr inte längre möjlighet till byte eller retur.<br /> <br /> Jag kollade upp leveransen av din beställning och du har gjort beställningen hos oss på söndag och klänningen har lämnat vårt lager redan på måndag, det vill säga första möjliga tillfälle (du kan kontrollera mottagningsregistreringen på Ålands posts spårning: https://www.alandpost.ax/en/track-shipment) och försändelsen har kunnat hämtas på torsdag. Normal leveranstid från Åland till Fasta Finland är två vardagar, det vill säga vanligtvis paket postade på måndag är framme på onsdag. Till mer avlägsna områden kan leveransen ta tre vardagar. Vi kan tyvärr inte påverka Postens verksamhet.

Thank you very much for your feedback! Too bad to hear that the dress didn’t live up to your expectations. The shape of the body affects where the waist rests, with the chest the waist always rises a little higher than the slender one. The length of the back and limbs and their relationship to each other also affect how the dress fits. :) The <br /> <br /> dress is dark blue and at least on our screens the dress also looks dark blue in the product images, but of course, depending on the display settings, the colors may be a little distorted. However, if the color does not live up to expectations or the garment does not fit well on, you can change it completely free of charge to any other product in our range. Our clothes also have a normal 14 day return policy. Unfortunately, the right of exchange and return only applies to products that can be resold, ie the “tuned” product unfortunately no longer has the possibility of exchange or return. <br /> <br /> I looked at the delivery of your order and you have placed an order with us on Sunday and the dress has left our warehouse on Monday, the first possible time (you can check the receipt for the Åland Post: https://www.alandpost.ax/en/track-shipment) and the shipment has been picked up on Thursday. The normal delivery time from Åland to mainland Finland is two working days, ie packages normally sent on Monday will arrive on Wednesday. For more remote areas, delivery may take three business days. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to influence Posti's operations.
